All designs listed on this site are created by Meagan Mah. The copyright of all designs remains property of Make Me Creative Co. Purchasing a design does NOT transfer ownership of the design. The purchased design still belongs to Make Me Creative Co. and you are legally bound to abide by the terms and conditions stated above. The buyer is NEVER allowed to sell, share, give away or trade our designs or any part of our designs in its digital format.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. RETENTION OF RIGHTS TO CHANGE OFFERING

PERSONAL/LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE
My files are for personal and/or small business use only. Permission not granted for mass production. Please get in touch if you are interested in licensing any of Meagan Mah's artwork and/or designs.

✅ You MAY use this art to produce projects for personal use without restriction.
✅ You MAY produce finished products for commercial sale up to 500 sales. Please contact me for an enterprise license if your product run is more than 500.
✅ Only the sale of a finished PHYSICAL product is permitted.
✅ You MAY copy and paste parts of this file to create a new unique physical product to sell or for personal use.
🚫 My digital files are NOT to be uploaded, shared, transferred, redistributed, or resold. You may NOT trade or gift any portion of these digital files, or photos in this listing, via any method for financial gain, or for free, in any digital format.
🚫 You may NOT use elements from these files to create other digital files to sell or distribute in any way. My commercial license extends to physical products ONLY.
🚫 My files cannot be used on any print-on-demand or production partner websites such as Zazzle, Printify, Printful, etc. Nor may they be submitted to a manufacturing facility for large scale production.
🚫 You are NOT permitted to electronically alter and/or trace my digital files or claim my designs as your own. I reserve all copyrights and intellectual property rights to my designs, images and files.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OF CANCEL USER ACCOUNT
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
